From June 6 to 14, 2025, Plaza Francisca de Gazmira in El Paso becomes the heart of rhythm and celebration with Festivalito Sonora.
Festivalito La Palma has been held every year since 2022, and is now much more than just a film festival. Also known as the Festival of the Stars, it's a multidisciplinary event that uses creativity as a tool for social awareness and change.
For several days, El Paso and other corners of the island host all kinds of activities: independent film screenings, workshops and artistic meetups, all designed to support and connect emerging talent. And when night falls, music takes the stage—live concerts, DJ sets and festive verbenas under the stars. Festivalito Sonora is the festival’s beating heart after dark: no labels, no limits, just pure celebration.
