The Fuencaliente Grape Harvest Festival 2026 will celebrate its main events from 14 to 23 August, with a programme dedicated to wine tradition, popular culture, music and local participation.
Among the main highlights are the opening speech, the traditional grape treading, the Malvasía Days, the Senior Queen Gala, the Children’s Day, the FuencaStars talent contest, the grand open-air dance, the international meeting Islas Versadoras, the long-awaited arrival of the Caballos Fuscos and the Local Talent Gala.
This celebration brings together wine, identity, music and tradition in one of the municipalities of La Palma most closely linked to the volcanic landscape and wine culture.

Friday, 14 August
At 6:30 p.m., the opening speech of the Grape Harvest Festival will take place, given by María Antonia Monserrat Ramos. The event will also include a performance by Milonga de Dos with Pedro Díaz and Sofía Pastor, as well as the traditional grape treading with Diego Barrera from Ukén Enoturismo. There will be local pastries and a toast with the wine made the previous year.

At 8:00 p.m., the exhibition “Vitilocura” by Gustavo Díaz and Graciela Janet will open. It will remain open until 23 August.

At 8:00 p.m., the adult group of the Municipal Theatre School will perform the plays “No es verdad ángel de amor”, “Los idiomas de la tele” and “Si bebes no trabajes”.

Monday, 17 August
At 9:00 p.m., the Day of Humour will take place with comedian Himar Armas, followed by the Poetic Battle: Team Versadores vs Team Polka vs Team Rap, with live music, a DJ and interactive activities. Artistic direction by Yapci Bienes.
The traditional performance by Las Viejas Solteronas has been postponed to 20 September, as part of the Fiestas del Pino de la Virgen.
Tuesday, 18 August
At 7:00 p.m., a three-point contest will take place.

At 8:30 p.m., the Senior Citizens’ Day will be held, with Brisas de Fuente Santa, Parranda La Era, Coral Centaurea and Pepe Benavente.

At 5:30 p.m., the Children’s Day will take place, with a parade, children’s performances, the play “Dos mundos diferentes” by the children and youth group of the Municipal Theatre School, and a performance by the K-Pop group.
