The Carnival of San Andrés y Sauces 2026 will take place from February 13th to 28th, establishing itself as one of the most outstanding carnival celebrations on La Palma.
Among the most anticipated highlights are the Burials of the Sardine, both in Los Galguitos and the main Burial of the Sardine in San Andrés y Sauces, officially declared a Festival of Tourist Interest of the Canary Islands.
Two symbolic and emotional celebrations that bring together thousands of people every year.
The always popular Sixties Wedding will once again be one of the most fun and participatory events, inviting residents and visitors to dress in period style and join the wedding procession and the dance that follows.
The programme is completed with live music performances, large street parties, school parades and announcement processions, filling the streets with carnival spirit from the first day to the final burning of Doña Sardina.
