On Saturday, November 22, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Nuestra Señora de Montserrat Square in San Andrés y Sauces will host "Sabores del Noreste", a culinary fair celebrating La Palma’s food traditions and local flavors.
Throughout the day, local restaurants will offer creative tapas and dishes featuring Canarian black pig, a true emblem of the island’s gastronomy.
