On August 24, 2024, Santa Cruz de La Palma will transform into a magnificent musical celebration, starting with the opening of the Los 40 Capital POP Festival. This event, beginning at 16:00, will take place at the port's fairgrounds and promises an afternoon filled with pop music and entertainment. The festival is an initiative of El Time Eventos and the radio station LOS40, and is supported by the City Hall of Santa Cruz de La Palma, the Cabildo de La Palma, Islas Canarias Latitud de Vida, and the Government of the Canary Islands.
During the festival, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy performances from some of the most outstanding artists and groups in Spanish pop music. These include La Oreja de Van Gogh, Dani Fernández, and Álvaro de Luna, who are well-known in the Spanish music scene. Additionally, the band Veintiuno will bring a breath of fresh air with their unique style, and the young local talent Julia Debis will showcase her emerging skills. This event celebrates not only Spanish pop music.
