The Patron Saint Festivities of Puntagorda 2025 in honor of San Mauro Abad begin on July 25th and run until August 10th, filling the town with workshops, sports activities, and religious events. As every year, the traditional parties and entertainment moments for all ages will not be missing.

From August 1st to 14th

Photography Exhibition of the XIV Newcomer Photography Contest "Puntagorda, Rural Charm," at the Municipal Library.
Saturday, August 2nd
10:30 AM: Traditional Pilgrimage to the Old Temple of San Mauro Abad, with the bands El Trapiche, Amapola, El Lagar, Los de Repente, and Chedey. It is recommended to wear traditional or peasant clothing.
Afterward
Brotherhood meal with roasted potatoes, cheese, bacon, gofio, and wine, followed by a Pilgrims' Mass sung by the Coral Awara choir and offerings to San Mauro Abad.
7:00 PM: Dance with the orchestras Corinto Band, Grupo Libertad, and Walter.
8:00 PM: Popular games such as the traditional Potato Dance and La Cucaña.
Monday, August 4th
5:00 PM: Water Party for children, at Pino de La Virgen, with water inflatables, foam cannon, and games.
8:00 PM: Reception of San Mauro Abad at the Church of Pino de la Virgen, accompanied by the Municipal Music Band.
9:30 PM: Summer Cinema, film screening.
9:30 PM: Sunoom Circo Show at the festival grounds, followed by music with DJ Equis.
Tuesday, August 5th
9:30 PM: Children's-Youth Festival "Searching in the Chest of Memories," with the children and youth of the municipality, directed by Magüi.
Wednesday, August 6th
9:30 PM: 22nd Anniversary of the Municipal Music Band of Puntagorda, with singer Álex Paz.
Thursday, August 7th
6:00 PM: Latin Dance Workshop, at the Barranco de Las Piñas parking lots.
9:30 PM: Concert by Andrea Rodríguez, presenting her album Trópico de Capri.
Friday, August 8th
9:30 PM: Color Party, with DJs Supreme, Young P, Visac, and Equis, plus dancers and robots. It is recommended to dress in white.
Saturday, August 9th
8:30 PM: Traditional Horse Race in honor of San Mauro, at Avenida Los Almendros.
9:30 PM: Concert by the pop-rock band Los Vándalos, followed by a big dance with the orchestras The Boys Machine and Sensación Gomera.
Sunday, August 10th
8:30 PM: Holy Mass, sung by the Coral Polifónica de Breña Alta.
Afterward
Procession with San Mauro Abad, accompanied by the Municipal Music Band and a reenactment of the painting "The Red Sea," followed by fireworks.
