The municipality of Puntallana is gearing up to celebrate its patron saint festivities throughout the month of June 2024. The festivities will kick off with the first edition of the Puntallana Climb, a rally competition scheduled for Saturday, June 8.

The celebrations will continue on June 16 with a music and dance event marking the Anniversary of the Verbenas of La Palma, which will take place at the Municipal Market.

Starting June 21, the activities enter their main phase with a tribute to the Old Orchestras of La Palma, presented by the Puntallana Municipal Music Band.

The second edition of the San Juan Wines and Tapas event will take place on June 22, featuring performances by the musical groups Salvapantallas and a tribute to Maná.

The eve of San Juan, June 23, will be celebrated with a craft fair, a major Canarian wrestling match, live music by Los Sabandeños, a procession, and a spectacular fireworks display.

June 27 and 28 will be dedicated to activities for children, while June 29 will be a special day focused on livestock and will culminate with a traditional wizards' dance. The festivities will conclude on June 30 with a concert by the local groups Benahoares and Tendal.
