The Patron Saint Festivities of San Andrés y Sauces, which take place from August 28 to September 15, are a highly anticipated event for all the residents and visitors of the municipality. These festivities honor the town's patron, Our Lady of Montserrat, with a rich program that includes religious ceremonies such as processions and Eucharistic celebrations, as well as a variety of sporting and entertainment activities for the whole family. Among the highlights are Canarian wrestling, the cycling Cronoescalada, the exciting High Line, lively Verbenas, inflatable attractions for children, high-quality concerts, and of course, the indispensable traditional Romería, which fills the streets of San Andrés y Sauces with color and tradition.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 28
8:30 PM: The reading of the Festivities Proclamation will be carried out by María Mercedes Martín Lorenzo, journalist of the Canary Islands Radio Television. The event will feature a musical performance by Jorge Hernández Armas at Parque Antonio Herrera.
THURSDAY, AUGUST 29
9:30 PM: Gala for the Election of the Romera Mayor of the Patron Saint Festivities in Honor of Our Lady of Montserrat. During the gala, the dance group of the University Folklore Group (AFU) will perform in Plaza de Montserrat.
FRIDAY, AUGUST 30
7:30 PM: Football match between U.D. Sauces and C.D. Mensajero (Tercera RFEF) at the Municipal Football Field.
SATURDAY, AUGUST 31
12:00 PM: "Los Sábados Tómate el Aperitivo Musical en San Andrés y Sauces" with a performance by Nicolás Martín at Plaza de Montserrat.
6:30 PM: Traditional Romería with folkloric groups, parrandas, and tasting of typical products, starting in Bajamar and ending at Plaza de Montserrat. Upon arrival, the romeros and folkloric groups will offer a tribute to the Virgin of Montserrat.
8:00 PM: Grand Baile de Magos, featuring performances by Grupo Bomba and their Orchestra, Tropicana's, and Libertad at Plaza de Montserrat. Attendees of the Romería and Baile de Magos are encouraged to wear traditional attire.
