The Journey: Landscapes, Volcanoes, and Local Life

Your adventure begins with pick-up from your designated location. The first stop is Plaza de Tajuya, one of the key observation points during the 2021 volcanic eruption. From here, you’ll see the dramatic impact of the Tajogaite Volcano and how the landscape has been reshaped.

Next, enjoy the panoramic beauty from El Time Viewpoint, 594 meters above sea level, offering one of the island’s best views over the Aridane Valley and the Taburiente Caldera.
The tour continues to the Puntagorda Farmers’ Market, where you can explore local crafts, fresh produce, and traditional sweets in a lively setting.
From there, the road climbs to the Roque de Los Muchachos, the highest point on La Palma at 2,426 meters. On clear days, you’ll see neighboring islands like El Hierro, La Gomera, and Tenerife. This is also home to world-renowned astronomical observatories due to the island’s clear skies.
The return route takes you along the eastern side, with a stop at the Los Andenes Viewpoint overlooking the dramatic Barranco de Las Angustias. Then you’ll visit the Royal Sanctuary of Our Lady of Las Nieves, the patron saint of La Palma.
Your day ends at La Concepción Viewpoint, with stunning views over Santa Cruz de La Palma and the east coast.
