In El Llanito, in Breña Alta, there was one farewell still to be lived. The Burial of the Sardine returns in 2026 with street energy, music and true neighbourhood spirit. From Friday 10 to Sunday 12 April, the plan is simple: enjoy three intense days of fun.
Contests, batucadas, the Fiesta de la Peluca, street parties until late, and a family friendly Sunday with a Drag Gala, inflatables, foam and a popular paella.

Burial of the Sardine, with Comparsa Kailani, Batucada Badakatum and a float featuring DJ Equis.
23:00 Burning of the Sardine. After that, street party until closing time with Orquesta K-nela, Orquesta Libertad and DJ Equis.

KDD/Expo Llanito 2026, a gathering of multi brand cars, classic vehicles and motorbikes.
12:00 Drag Queen Gala with drags from Gran Canaria and La Palma. Hosted by Yaneli Hernández and accompanied by Comparsa Kailani. Inflatables, foam cannon and a popular paella.
