
In 2025, the Santa Cruz de La Palma Carnival brings an exotic and colorful atmosphere. The theme chosen by popular vote is "The Jungle", so get ready for a celebration where nature and fun will blend in every corner of the city.
From February 26 to March 9, 2025, the capital of La Palma will be filled with joy, featuring parades, live music, costume contests, and many surprises for all ages. From lively rhythms to the best carnival atmosphere, this year's festivities promise to be more vibrant than ever!

WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 26

"La Elvira. Story of an Emigrant"
This play takes us back to 1949, reviving the story of 106 passengers who, aboard the schooner Elvira, embarked on a clandestine journey from Spain. A moving portrayal of exile, survival, and hope.
THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 27

Grand "Jungle" School Carnival Parade
Schools, nurseries, and daycare centers from Santa Cruz de La Palma and surrounding areas will fill the streets with color and joy. The parade will march through Calle Anselmo Pérez de Brito, Av. El Puente, and Av. Marítima, ending at the Main Carnival Venue, where the Children’s Party with Compañía KantyKomba will take place.

Crazy Charity Race
Run and have fun for a good cause in support of KALEN (Palmeran Association for Autism Spectrum Disorder), organized by CIFP Virgen de las Nieves.

All you need is a wig and a desire to have fun! The music lineup includes Danny Romero, Kilian Viera, Full de Copas (Rosendo Tribute), Orquesta Libertad, Orquesta Tropicana’s, DJ Equis, and DJ Tenax.

LOS40 Carnival Party
A music festival featuring seven artists from LOS40 and hosted by Dani Moreno "El Gallo" and Ramsés López. The night continues with a big party featuring Grupo ACuatro, Orquesta Tropicana’s, DJ Equis, and DJ Tenax.

XIX Reception and Parade of International Guests
A parade full of music and tradition, featuring parrandas (traditional folk music groups) and other artists. The parade ends at Plaza de La Alameda, where performances by Arturo Castillo and Ilusión Gomera will take place.

Los Indianitos
A kids' version of the iconic Los Indianos Festival, featuring the "Pequeños Indianos: Rhythms Across the Atlantic" show, with music, puppetry, and interactive games. The Indianitos Parade will close the event, accompanied by the Cuban Conga and La Negra Anita.
