
On September 26 and 27 2025, Los Llanos de Aridane will become the heart of Canary Islands cuisine with the second edition of Saborea La Palma. Within the framework of the National Food & Wine Meeting of Saborea España 2025, the event will bring together more than 100 representatives and producers from the gastronomic sector.
For two days, the town will be filled with aromas, flavors, and unique experiences thanks to the Insular Gastronomy Fair, organized by the Cabildo of La Palma through Sodepal.
More than 40 stands to discover
The venue will feature 40 stands, each dedicated to a local producer or restaurant. It’s the perfect chance to taste local products, traditional dishes, and innovative creations that showcase the culinary richness of La Palma.
This year, four guest destinations (three regional and one national) will also join, enriching the diversity of the fair even more.
Come La Palma area
One of the main novelties is the “Come La Palma” area, with its own stage, a fully equipped kitchen, professional lighting, and sound. Here, renowned chefs from across Spain will host live cooking shows, bringing haute cuisine closer to the audience in a fun and interactive way.
More than gastronomy
The event goes beyond food. The program also includes two concerts to enjoy great music in a festive atmosphere, as well as an expanded children’s area behind the Casa de la Cultura. In this space, the youngest visitors will take part in cooking activities designed especially for them, making them key players of the celebration.
