With an impressive track record of more than seventy years, Bodegas TeneguÃa stands out as one of the most recognized wine brands in the Canary Islands. Located in Fuencaliente, a municipality with a rich winemaking tradition, these wineries will take you through the laborious cultivation of the vine and its subsequent conversion into wine. Your tour of the winemaking process will begin in the reception room, where you will observe the destemming and pressing process of the grapes, witnessing the careful treatment of the raw material.
Next, you will visit the aging room, where the iconic oak barrels that house the wine once fermented are located. You will also have the opportunity to admire original cement tanks dating back to 1945. The experience concludes with a walk through the bottling area and a visit to the tasting room, where you can appreciate the wide range of wines produced by the vineyards in Fuencaliente.
