A Wild and Unforgettable Beach
Nogales is not only one of the most spectacular beaches on La Palma, but also one of the most authentic. Its black-blue sand, the towering green cliffs, and the powerful ocean make this a favorite spot for surfers, naturists, photographers, and nature lovers.
From the moment you start the 30-minute descent, you’ll feel the magic of this place. The trail winds through lush vegetation and volcanic rock. Once at the bottom, the vastness of the landscape surrounds you. The roar of the ocean, the echo from the cliffs, and the northeastern breeze create a symphony of nature that makes you feel small, but alive.

Each time of day offers a different kind of experience. In the morning or early afternoon, sunlight reflects off the water, creating a sparkling scene. In the late afternoon, when the sun no longer directly hits the sand, mist rises from the waves crashing against the cliffs, creating a surreal floating haze that is simply magical.
