Hike Through Volcanoes: The Most Spectacular Trek on La Palma

Get ready for an unforgettable experience. The hike begins at Refugio El Pilar, located at 1,450 m above sea level. From here, you’ll walk along the Birigoyo mountain, enjoying stunning views over the Aridane Valley.

The trails are painted in reds and blacks, shaped by ancient lava flows. You’ll reach Hoyo Negro, a large volcanic crater. On clear days, you can see El Hierro, La Gomera, and Tenerife on the horizon.
The path continues over volcanic cones until you arrive at Volcano MartÃn, known for its unique shape and deep red tones. The adventure ends in Los Canarios, Fuencaliente, where a bus will be waiting to take you back after a day that will stay with you forever.
