INGREDIENTS:
- 1 kg of almonds
- 800 grs. of sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- Zest of a green lemon
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cook the almonds in boiling water. Peel them quickly. Chop them finely in a blender, then add the sugar, eggs, yolks, and lemon zest. Knead well with your hands until everything is well combined.
