INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kg of almonds
  • 800 grs. of sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Zest of a green lemon

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook the almonds in boiling water. Peel them quickly. Chop them finely in a blender, then add the sugar, eggs, yolks, and lemon zest. Knead well with your hands until everything is well combined. Form small mounds on a tray lined with parchment paper and bake them at a temperature of 180ºC for about 15-20 minutes.
