  • In the afternoon, the sun sets earlier here than in Santa Cruz due to the Risco de la Concepción.
  • There’s a bus stop right next to the beach, great if you don’t have a car.
  • From Bajamar you can walk an approx. 8 km round-trip promenade connecting Santa Cruz to Los Cancajos. Locals love it at sunrise or sunset to soak up the views and sea air.
