Brena Baja

The municipality of Brena Baja, located in the southeast of La Palma island, is known for its charm and uniqueness, despite being one of the smallest on the island. Its name, “Las BreƱas”, refers to the volcanic nature of the terrain and its lush vegetation, both of which define its landscape. It borders the municipalities of BreƱa Alta and Mazo and is nestled in a valley surrounded by mountains.

One of BreƱa Baja’s standout attractions is the La BreƱa viewpoint, located atop the mountain of the same name. From here, one can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the Las BreƱas valley and part of the Mazo municipality.
